Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at service@indemos.com with photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.
Instead of traditional returns, we offer exclusive discount coupons for future purchases as compensation for any inconvenience. This allows you to continue enjoying our products at a reduced price.
Eligibility for Store Credits
- Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
- A clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item must be provided.
- Store credit or discount coupons will be issued once the claim is approved.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or opened items
- Skincare, makeup, or other hygiene-sensitive products
- Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer
